I recently stayed at Home 2 Suites in Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC, and I must say it was a breath of fresh air. After a disappointing experience after arriving at another hotel, I was relieved to find availability here. The hotel had everything I needed and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!

We went for a weekend for our son's tournament. We were only in the hotel for a short time, but check-in was quick and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean. The bathroom was a good size with everything we needed. I am one of those people who needs a lot of pillows to sleep well, and the cleaning staff on the floor was very kind to me and gave me all the ones I needed. The breakfast was varied, everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of having a kitchenette and laundry facilities. I always choose home2suites for this reason. The location was perfect. I was there to attend church, and the hotel was only 10 mins away. They are in a beautiful area with lots of stores, restaurants and of course a Starbucks which is always a plus for me. I didn't eat breakfast this time, but they offer a nice breakfast variety every day. The gym is clean, and they have a comfortable sitting area to just read or watch TV. Home2suites is my choice when I travel. It's good quality for a good price. The heating/cooling unit in my room was on the fritz, but I let the staff know, and they were right on it. Great job, Piper Glen crew.

Overall it was a nice place. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Pool was nice and warm. Staff were friendly. The kitchenette was nice to have to store our leftovers and heat up later. The hotel is located next to a large shopping/restaurant area in what seemed to be a pretty affluent area of Charlotte. We were about 30 minutes from downtown.

The location is very close to the highway and to a shopping center with grocery stores. Everything was very convenient. The area that the hotel is in is beautiful and the hotel exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness.

The breakfast was very good with a variety. Fruit, biscuits, waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereal, milk, variety of juices and great coffee and hot chocolate. The seating was excellent with some seating also outside..

Exercise room well stocked, new equipment. Cable machine could use a service. Great accommodation since traveling with dog. Helpful staff, loaned us umbrella. (Hope at front desk). Very clean. Having bags in dog area helpful.

Everything was very clean and fresh. The staff I encountered were very professional and courteous. Location to family I was visiting was perfect!

The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and everything we would need in the room. Very spacious lovely room. The patio wash absolute favorite place to be. Especially at night. The water fountain is lit up at night and there is a beautiful gas glass fire pit. All members of staff were just a delight to chat with. The breakfast options were diverse and amazing.
